Provisioning on board

Via Login

As soon as you board your yacht you can set sail in complete peace of mind, thanks to our unique provisioning service. You can also make use of this service in the port of arrival, where we see to it that you take delivery of all your shopping when you arrive.
From basic necessities such as toilet paper and washing-up liquid, through to a ready-to-eat meal and flowers: our specialists attend to it all together with your personal caretaker. We would only ask you to forward your requirements at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can arrange for everything to be on board before you board your vessel. When you order the pre-sailing package, all provisions will be ready and waiting in the galley of your yacht.

We deliver shopping to your yacht where purchases of at least 12 products are made. The delivery charge is 10% of the purchase and transport cost.

  • Steam cleaning of sanitary facilities, kitchen, soft furnishings, floors and hard surfaces
  • Removal of stains from carpets and soft furnishings

  • Cleaning, desalting, sluicing down, drying and polishing of the exterior
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Buffing up of varnished parts
  • Cleaning of shower cubicle and shower heads
  • Washing of bed-clothes

Hull and engine room

Storm check package

€192/year (excl. VAT)
Carried out for 12 months, for every storm

When adverse weather conditions are forecast, we carry out the following checks to ensure that your yacht is well protected and you do not have to worry about anything.

  • We check all mooring-ropes and ensure that they are firmly secured. If necessary we attach extra mooring-ropes: if your vessel does not have extra mooring-ropes, we provide for these during the storm.
  • We also attach (storm) fenders if and where necessary and see to it that all loose objects on deck are temporarily stowed below deck. We also remove all cushions on the upper deck and later put them back in their place. If necessary we also remove the Bimini top.

We close all sea valves below the water line, disconnect (depending on the situation and users) and subsequently reconnect all supply lines, and make sure that the bilge-water pumps are fully operational. We don’t forget loose items in the cabin, either.

Storm check package

Polishing of the vessel and application of a protective layer of wax

One-off booking (also included in the Platinum package)

  • Thorough washing of the deck with a powerful water-soluble, bio-degradable cleaner
  • Cleaning using a special gelcoat cleaner
  • Polishing to give a gloss finish
  • Protective treatment with a wax layer (sealing) that leaves a dirt-repellent and protective coat and puts a finishing touch to the gloss.

Post-sailing services

Transport

One-off booking

If you do not want to worry about leaving your vehicle whilst you are on your sailing trip, we offer you our transport services. We pick you up at your home, take you to your port of departure, and then take you back home again after your trip.
Please request this service at least 48 hours in advance. Within this period we can also arrange for hotel bookings if required.
